What does it cost?+
A one-time $20 to claim your profile — no subscription, ever. Using the booking management app costs 5% per paid booking, after standard card-processing fees (~2.9% + 30¢) — the same processing you'd pay anywhere you take cards.
What about gigs Melody Ave books for me?+
Gigs sourced through Melody Ave — venue and promoter connections made by the platform — keep the standard facilitation commission from the Terms: 15%, or 10% for active members. The 5% app fee is for bookings your own clients make through your booking page.
Do my clients need an account or an app?+
No — they book from your link and pay by card. Done.
When do I get paid?+
Payouts go to your bank on Stripe's standard payout schedule — typically about two business days after payment.
Can I say no to a booking?+
Yes. Requests wait for your approval unless you turn on instant book.
